Our Story
Built specifically for the students who are too often overlooked.
Amazingly Uplifted Academy was born out of more than two decades of showing up for children with special needs and a deep conviction that every child deserves an environment built just for them.
Founder Veronica Crafton has spent 20 years in the world of special education, first as a classroom teacher, then as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), a children's minister, and the founder of Amazingly Uplifted, where she has trained and coached special education professionals across the country.
Through all of it, one thing became clear: students with autism and intellectual disabilities soar when their environment is intentionally designed around their needs, truly celebrated, and genuinely understood.
So Veronica decided to build exactly that.
Amazingly Uplifted Academy is a K–2 private special education school opening in Georgia in August 2026, a place where every decision, every classroom, and every relationship is built specifically for students with autism and intellectual disabilities.

Individualized Learning Plan
Every student at Amazingly Uplifted Academy has an Individualized Learning Plan, and we take that seriously. It is not a compliance document that lives in a filing cabinet. It is the living, breathing roadmap that drives everything we do. We collaborate with families at every stage, from initial goal-setting to ongoing progress monitoring, to ensure your child's plan is meaningful, measurable, and actually working.

Veronica Crafton

Veronica Crafton is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, former special education teacher, children's minister, and the founder of Amazingly Uplifted Consulting, a firm that has partnered with schools nationwide to improve outcomes for students with autism and developmental disabilities.
With 20 years of experience spanning the classroom, the clinic, the church, and the boardroom, Veronica brings a rare combination of technical expertise and genuine heart to everything she builds.
